God had other plans and called her home
to be with her husband and her two boys,
one of them being Doc.
Please pray for Rosie, Jeanette and their family
as they prepare to say good-bye to
this awesome woman.

at 11:00 am in Labadeville.
Love you, Rosie!!!!!

  6. I’m sorry for the passing of Ms. Mary, Rosie. Please tell all her family our prayers are with them. Although I didn’t know her that well I believe her to be a very kind person. I liked her.

Lisa I’m also very sorry for what you have to go thru with the passing of your cousin. To see what a person has to go thru with their battle against any form of cancer and die any way is usually a relief at least to that person. I’m so very sorry.

Prayers are out for both of these children of God.
    Please pray with me.

Our Father who art in Heaven.
Please forgive both of these children of yours,
for any sins they may have committed against you.
Take them into your arms and shelter them from The Beast.
Please open you gates and allow them to gaze and remain,
forever with you in your beautiful Paradise.

    We ask this of you,
in the name of The Father,
    The Son and
    The Holy Spirit,
    Amen.

  7. Dear Lil, Aunt Ronnie, C, and Uncle Peter,
Thank you very much. Sorry I didn't mean to take away from Ms. Mary - she was an absolutely beautiful person. I know she is now with Doc but I also know her family will truly miss her.

My cousin's name was Deanna and she was 46. She was my Mom's sister's child. They gave her 2 years but I am glad she didn't suffer more than she did. Uncle Peter, thank you for the beautiful prayer for Ms. Mary and Deanna.

Speaking of suffering, I had to bring Sam to the vet today. He has 1 lump in his mouth that is bleeding and 1 lump on his leg as well as 1 on his hip. I just noticed these at the end of last week but I needed to wait until Abby was doing better. She is not eating much but she is pain-free (thank God)!
Dr. Perry took fluid from each lump and scraped cells from the one in his mouth. He found a heart murmur, which he stated we can live with. Anyway, he is sending the slides to LSU and hopes to have results by Friday. It doesn't look good. I just don't want for him to suffer. He is 14 years old now (and 8 months) and I have had him since he was 2 months old; he is my first baby. I know he has lived a full life but as you know, it is never easy to let go.

  8. WOW LISA, SORRY ABOUT SAM. I HOPE HE WILL BE OK BUT JUST REMEMBER YOU DON'T WANT HIM TO SUFFER IF IN FACT THESE REPORTS ARE NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR. YOU KNOW PRAYS CAN BE OFFERED TO ANIMALS TOO. HE HAS MINE!

  10. Lis, I saw your Mother at Walmart yesterday and she told me about Sam...Sorry to hear it. I remember when Sam moved down here, y'all were in the trailer and he consumed much of the living room because he is so big, but also so very gentle.

Your Mother also said that Ms. Abby was doing much, much better and I was extremely happy to hear that. It seems that there is always the one or two days are the worse, like being at the top of the mountain, and then you finally begin to feel better. So glad, Abby, that you're doing fine and you'll be up and about very soon. I'll bet you'll not want ice cream, jello or mashed potatoes for awhile...hehehehehe!!

All my love to you all,
    Aunt C

Thank you- yes, he is a gentle giant. Dr. Perry called at 5:00 today and Sam will be put to sleep at 1:30 tomorrow.

You are right - Abby is already sick of ice cream, jello, pudding, and mashed potatoes! Ha! Thank God she is doing much better. It is so good to see her smiling. I think about you so often. Love you! Love, Lisa
