Make the change...

The weekend was fantastic!!!
I have yet to download the pictures I have
since we came in late and exhausted yesterday
and I went straight to bed, only woke up
moments ago and it is 10:30!
In the next few day I will most definitely be
blogging about the wonderful weekend I had
with my sisters minus one and two of my nieces,
A new adopted sister, Sabrina and her hubby, Kevin
and brod-in-law, TEd and his niece Layla.
It was magical and me, being the touchy, feely, type
can go on and on about all the sentimental times we
had this weekend.
This morning, I want to talk about the Michael Jackson
Immortal tour.... Oh my!!!!
No one I have ever known has been a bigger fan
of MJ like my sister, SNC (snot nose C) or Celena as
she is known by most. We teased her the whole day
of her birthday that MJ was dead, he would not be there
and she continued and begged to differ.
Yet we were all MJ fans by the end of the night,
all wanting to believe that this pop star icon was really not dead.
No star that I have ever known as done more for world peace
than the legend who died known as Michael Jackson.
The performance reminded us of this and for these reasons,
he will be immortal, living forever in the hearts of many:
I STARTING WITH THE MAN IN THE MIRROR
I'M ASKING HIM TO CHANGE HIS WAYS...
IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THE WORLD
A BETTER PLACE TAKE A LOOK AT YOURSELF
AND MAKE THE CHANGE.
We do have the power, we can make the small changes
that can lead to the big picture,
C's idol reminds us of that through his words.
He shall live forever!

  1. I know that MJ inspires many people in many ways - but I just can't get beyond the fact that he detested himself so much that he disfigured himself and ended his life so soon. He just makes me sad...

  3. Yeah lea, it is so very sad. Drug addiction is the devil and it's sad that he had so,much money that it kept those who loved him the most out of his life, unable to intervene. He should still be with us.

  4. he had much more problems than drugs, he should have been convicted when he was on trial for those kids, sicko in my book ( freak). I did love his music and him at one time, but I do believe he was guilty as hell and so do you miss Lilly. There is no normal man that wants to sleep with other peoples kid in a bed and invite many kids over for a sleep over. PERV IN MY BOOK.

  5. yes, HOBL I do believe he had many problems and I do not believe he was completely innocent in what he was convicted of, but when it came to making you look at what you can do to make peace for your fellow man, he did that and for those things I liked him. Just like all of us, he had a Dr. Jekyl/Mr. Hyde way.
His was just worst than most.

  6. sorry did not mean convicted mean to say accused since he was never convicted, so in the eyes of the law, he was innocent. And lets not forget, what crazy momma would let their kid sleep in the same bed as another man.... so it puts doubt in people's minds...
